Back from sports training, young Carsten has trouble with rowdies who take an important letter from him and go. Carsten has down syndrom and practices martial arts. He decides to follow his assailants.

The film is complimented by a series of filmmaking workshops that invite people from a variety of backgrounds to work in front of the camera and behind it.
